Has anyone been listening to this programme on Radio 4 Extra.  I think it was first broadcast back in the 90s - I seem to remember listening to it on World Service Radio when I was in Nepal.

I've listened to both this and Earthsearch II on 4 Extra.
Not bad sci-fi.
I think I've read the books as well.
