But I guess the nice thing about good vs evil stories is that we can all put on our own 'spin' depending on who we see to be the good guys and who are the bad guys.So I can see how Harry Potter could be read as allegorical with respect to christianity, but of course you could easily read it the opposite way.
Where they differ is that in the HP books the baddies are clearly defined, unlike the Bible.
