I agree with both of them, to varying degrees.
Mr Netanyahu's comments that there is no excuse for terrorism is entirely correct, but stomach-churning given the state-sponsored terrorism his country actively employs with military incursions into Palestinian territory. That they army works for a state that the UN recognises doesn't change the tactic, doesn't make it any less an act of terrorism.
Ban Ki Moon's point is the more pertinent - Netanyahu's hypocrisy of decrying military action by Palestinian groups whilst continuing the ongoing land-grab of Palestinian territory is despicable. Putin grabs Crimea and western media is in uproar; Netanyahu does it for the fortieth or fiftieth time in last two decades and the wester media is silent whilst the western governments say 'Come on, Bippy, ease up a little'.
