Are healthy eating rules really valid?

OK, a slightly OTT title, but I thought people might be interested in this from the British Heart Foundation;

Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

Lists of what is needed and a search engine to find your nearest collector (scroll to bottom for latter) are here:  http://www.twam.uk/donate-tools

I've discovered this radical new diet. It consists of eating a full range of food in moderation and doing some exercise. It'll be in all the papers soon.
I have an infinite number of belief systems cos there are an infinite number of things I don't believe in.

I respect your right to believe whatever you want. I don't have to respect your beliefs.
