What exactly is the difference between the Bible and the Qu'ran?
They are both the revealed word of the God of the religion that follows it.
The fact that the Bible is not, at the moment, followed to the letter does not change the fact that it remains the book of instructioins of the God of the Christians and, I would venture to suggest that those Christians who are quoting the "Man must not lie with man as with woman" this very day in America following on from and in praise of the Orlando massacxre (Westboro for one) believe just as fervently in 22:18 (sorry for the 32:18 mistype!)
I think that's a bit harsh on all American Christians, we mainly hear about the nutters in the uk, not the nice ones.
I think most Americans who are Christian are appalled by the goings on with those shootings, (no idea if Westboro have commented on it,but they seem to court the idea of being the most unpopular. Being unpopular kind of validates themselves in their own eyes.)
But most Christians in America seem horrified by it, they might not agree with homosexuality, but that doesn't mean they support or praise this murder.
The difference between the bible and the Quran is the context of when it was written.
One was over many generations, the other all at once as a complete book.
One has many peoples influences and experiences, the other, only one, Mohammed.
