Which is why what happens to oil company stocks will be interesting. If the markets believe this is meant seriously then the assets in the form of oil and gas reserves will drop in value, as the commitment in the Treaty is to keep 80% of it underground

Oil company stocks up a bit this morning. Looks like market takes ratification with the proverbial pinch
