The promise to give all the money to the NHS was reneged on the day after the vote.

I have explained, they were not in power or vying for power and so had no way of delivering it. So they were free to say what they like. Only a fool would have taken their words as being anything of substance. However, most Leave voters voted on other issues so it doesn't matter.
