Aurora watch and the BBC are predicted a possibility(only a possibility, mind) of the Aurora borealis being seen in Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England tonight, if the skies are clear. Best bet is to look towards the northern horizon. :)

Sadly in this bit of the west of Scotland it is pissing down with enthusiasm - so little chance of the clouds breaking tonight.
