If you owned a fruit farm, would you rather have unskilled workers that turned up on time every day and put in a good day's work or the people that couldn't get jobs stocking shelves in Tesco?
What I would prefer would be slaves, 'cause they are cheaper and would render me a bigger profit. But there are laws here about minimum wage which companies get round by employing foreign third world, east European people, all helped along by the elites in Brussels.

No, those are the people that Jack thinks will be doctors and nurses.
Now your true colours are coming out, snobbery. You think they are too stupid do you? Don't you think that if they had had the same upbringing and opportunities as some of the rest of us they could have been doctors? Or do you see them as second class subjects and citizens or even a different troglodyte species...?

If you want your organisation to be World class, you need World class people. You can't expect to find enough of those people if you restrict your pool of candidates to the UK.
I've explained this to you already. You utilise your own resources to the full first and then make up the difference or short fall from abroad.

Doesn't really matter, you think they can't either because of 'upbringing and opportunities' .

Ah, a person who just sees people as resources to be used.

Why thank you, kind sir.

And before anyone jumps up to say it is 'diaboli', my typing is often atrocious so leave the lovely JK alone, with his lovely compliments.
I was fighting with autocorrect. Quite obviously I lost.  :-[

And how do you know what I think? My last post on this was in response to you making claims about my position on things, which really opened up a window into your own state of mind.

Because it's clearly implied in your post. It's a strange mix of logic and English that you may be unfamiliar with.

As I said, or meant to have said, advocatus diaboli.

Well, something is very strange, and it's not the English!  ;D
