But the government has now said it will not change the rules, after 98.7% of respondents to a consultation favoured using metric as the main measurement unit for sales, as now, or as the only unit.

I don't care what sized bottles they sell wine in, as long as I can still get standard sized bottles and any non standard bottles are clearly marked
in metric units with the volume of liquid contained therein.
