Very odd story

http://www.strangehistory.net/2016/05/04/transvestite-vicar-ghost-interwar-england/

As my Somerset grandmother used to say

"There's nowt so queer as volks, except for me and thee - and even thee's a little queer."

It's the scrumpy  :P

She must have been a fan of "Last of the Summer wine" or "Emmerdale" because 'nowt queer as folks' is a very Yorkshire colloquial/dialect phrase!!
