So? Why shouldn't a name be given to children of all sexes?
Grimsby, Waterloo, Southend, Arijaba ...
Don't know. You were the one suggesting they were girls names.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-40506109Poor little chap!
You have to remember that Jake doesn't use his first names, Biggus Dickus Incontinentus
You can imagine what his poor little son will be called at school!
Yep, 'Jacob Rees Mogg's son'! What could be worse!!!!
Until a few years ago, French parents were restricted to an official list of first names. Maires were instructed not to register names not on the list. One trend I have noted is to give girls forenames which we usually consider to be surnames - some spring to mind: Taylor, Channing, KennedyAnother trend is the use of place names - also for girls: Chelsea, Savannah, ShannonI haven't heard of anyone called Scunthorpe, though.
As a devout Catholic, Rees Mogg presumably is, he might not be thrilled if his son lives up to the name he will no doubt incur in years to come.
We could rename Floo " Grimsby " 😉
Off topic, but I think I'll be forgiven my first grandchild has just arrived Reece, he's probably the best looking grandchild in the world, be fair I've had to get yo 75 yeas old for the first one. By the way I love the name Reece.
