I already know of three pisky ministers who will not accept this and will seek oversight from a foreign diocese.

Apparently they don't want to associate themselves with the piskies in Scotland - this may be a problem: one minister is minister of the richest church in the denomination, which is struggling financially. If his congregation are of the same opinion, the denomination may well cease to be an effective force, the stronger churches joining more 'traditional' diocese.
A bit like the CofS, which has lost eight ministers and seven whole congregations to the Free Church (and a further two to independent status) over the past five years.

OP: That is good news.

An e-mail from the NSS had a link to a survey (about improving their web site etc) and in answer to a question about why the work of the NSS is important, I said that I dislike bigotry in all  its forms.
