This is true - he gave an interview not long after where his speech was clearly affected, but since then he seems to be entirely back to normal. Still touring the USA at 76, IIRC.

It's the 21st century people that are the issue here. It's about no platforming people who others might take offence at for whatever reason, therefore Dawkins is lumped in with Ann Coulter and Milo Yiannopoulos.

I would have thought R D's ban from this radio station has more to do with freedom of speech than anything else.

Perhaps like a lot of others they have given way to the fear of being killed if you deride Islam in any way, let's be fair it's not that brain teasing to find fault with the teachings of Islam and of course the R Cs almost impossible to not see their in your face faults but to the credit of the RCs, unlike Islamists, they don't issue fatwars on those that criticise them.

Shame on the radio station for giving in to those that want to restrict freedom of speech.
