Yes there will be a debate, in the Oz Parliament.
Been, done and gone, old fruit. See today's news.

I have been shopping today, you may be correct.

But I will never forgive the Oz for inflicting the Minogue sisters onto the world. Whatever we may have done, we did not deserve that.

I suppose the equivalent would be "Will you enter into a civil partnership with me?" which does not have the same impact.

If Jesus had been gay, which is possible, having a specific disciple whom he loved, maybe he would have married him if that had been possible in those days.

Floo, what the Oz choose to do within their own jurisdiction is up to them.

As to whether Jesus would have wanted to marry a man when he did not seem to want to marry a woman is not a matter for the Oz parliament.

I see what you are trying to do here. Mention Minogues to see if you can tempt Cheapjack to an ejaculation.

Of course it could mean that the inspiration for my acronym, WWJD, could be read as Who Would Jesus Do?

Firstly in those days and in that part of the world I don't think marriage and fathering children was a romantic thing but a social duty thing.

Secondly knowing his mission and fate he would have avoided any type of attachment that might have jeapordised that. So no Mr or Mrs Jesus.
