Because he has an eminently slappable face? He also says silly things (eg about disabled who are employed & there are no unemployed people), but he's not alone there.

If this is an serious question, because he can take it and it won't launch another version of 'who stabbed whom in the cabinet'. Could you provide some evidence though that your claim is true?

Yes, these things aren't contradictory. If your claim is true, I gave a reason that might cover it. Doesn't mean your claim is true.
