Dead Rubbish?

So; we all have unwanted prezzies we would prefer not to have - and sometimes want to get shot of 'em. But this one beats a knackered xbox..... ....and, yes, it's Egypt related. Mummies have always fascinated people, and have been 'used' in various ways through the ages. They've been put on display. They've been unwrapped as anatomy demonstrations. They've been ground up and used as paint in medieval and Renaissance art. Millions - yes, millions - of animal mummies were shipped to Liverpool and ground up to use as fertiliser.... ....but how to get rid on an antique past its' ...er...sell by day? Take it to the tip, obviously. This is an old article, but opens up our attitude to the ancient dead.. https://www.mummystories.com/rueil-malmaison
"for, as long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule. It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself."
