Sending several e-mails at once to one recipient
« on: August 12, 2018, 01:52:10 PM »
Is there anyone who can tell me how to forward or send somehow several e-mails at once to the same recipient? Help gratefully received.

Thank you.

You should be able to copy the emails you want to send and then paste them into an email you are sending to the recipient.

Thank you, NS.Do you mean highlight the text of one e-mail, copy and paste it into the body of another, blank one,  repeat and paste below, etc?  If so, thank you, yes, I can do that.

I thought there might be a way of avoiding that process!

Thank you,, Ippy, but it sounds as if that would be forwarding one e-nail to multiple recipients.

No, I mean that if you are in your mailbox with the emails showing as titles, there should also be an icon beside it. Click on that and then right click on the mouse, you should then have the opportunity just to copy. You can then paste it as an attachment to be opened into the email you are creating.

You should be able to select multiple emails to copy but not knowing which email app you use not sure what the easiest way will be for that app.

Thank ou.
. I'll work on that - I only need to do it occasionally fortunately.
There's a yellow square, I right-clicked and the list includes 'copy to folder' but no 'copy' only. Next time the tech chap is here, I'll get im to see what's what. I use Windows Live Mail because Dolphin recommend it being compatible with the software.
