His vocals and bass playing were integral to Cream. I do hope he and Ginger remained on good terms and that their reunion in 2005 meant something to both of them. He had frequent bust ups with fellow musicians and was known to sabotage others equipment - musicians huh!!!!!. A great loss. I saw him with his blues rock band West, Bruce & Laing at uni in Leeds in the early seventies, but can't remember much about it now. Expect to see Cream hit the download charts again.
