I know this is a bit too modern for Anchorman but still fascinating https://www.aljazeera.com/amp/news/2021/2/27/archeologists-unearth-intact-roman-chariot-near-pompeii?__twitter_impression=true
REmarkable find. Bits of racing and fighting chariots of the period have turned up all over the place - including the North of England - but a ceremonial chariot's a rarity.
"for, as long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule. It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself."
