Unknown Unknowns......Do they render Logic and reason unsound?
Do they render the categories of known unknowns, unknown knowns, known knowns unsound?

They could, but as we use reason and logic to deal with things we do have knowledge of, they are fine for now. They might be improved to deal with any awkward future information or entities if needed.

Do unknown knowns exist? Can you know something, but not know that you know it?

Perhaps it depends upon what you mean by 'you'.  Parts of your body may be 'aware' of a bacterial infection and act upon it but your reasoning mind may not be aware of it until the symptoms are sufficiently developed.

It also depends on what you mean by "know", and I don't think that counts, except very metaphorically.

As it is your question, perhaps you should say what you mean by 'know'.

I suspect Vlad has got his terms in the wrong order here and meant 'known unknowns', which is a more reasonable proposition.

Can anything that Vlad posts on topics such as this one be considered to be "reasonable"?

Vlad,

No, they just bound them by the axioms on which reason and logic rest. But you know this already don't you, what with me explaining it to you so any times on the Easter thread.

No.
