Be interesting to see if this comes up during the Leader's Debate this evening - seems like an open goal for the SNP, since Dross isn't much of a goalie.

I know this procedure is part of the devolution settlement, but this is about the worst time to announce it.
A gift for the SNP and, indeed, Labour.
