Still due to be held this year, starting 23 July.

Lots of noises off about whether it will actually happen especially from the Japanese population.

I suspect that not even the Olympic Committees know the answer to that question with any kind of accuracy at the moment!.

I get why some officials get sacked because of things they said while in the job but for a bad joke 23 years ago, or something they did at school?
