Its not just climate change that we need to worry about (once the pandemic is over, that is). We could actually be making ourselves extinct.

Rather than making homo sapiens extinct, Sriram, I suspect that it will bring our species back into a more sensible balance with our planet. At the present we are grossly over populated on planet Earth. Perhaps a reduced fertility rate is already part of this process.

Yes...that means...the DNA of people who adopt a modern lifestyle are likely to be weeded out and the DNA of those who follow a traditional lifestyle are likely to get passed on....

What we imagine as greater control over nature actually turns out to kill us off.... Nice!
