I think it is the Treasury's role to stump up the cash for annual covid boosters.
I would hope that would not involve medical analysis and decisions made by people with skills other than bean counting.
But given the impact on the economy of covid I think it is very likely that annual covid boosters will become the norm, not just on health grounds but likely cost effective to prevent lock-downs.
Javid's tone sounds as though that sort of consideration hasn't quite sunk in. That is why I have questions since there is ample evidence of politicians who cannot actually factor in an actual virus which cannot be manipulated by the press or Tory ''Research groups''
