I have to say that the fact that other people were even able to use it as a hotspot is something of a failure of IT.

Not that I'm trying to excuse what happened.

'Matheson faces 27-day suspension over iPad scandal' - while I don't disagree with the decision of the committee, it's so obviously political that it is a problem as well. That we don't have recall petitions for the Scottish Parliament needs to be fixed.
