Yes, the problem of how to distract the electorate from all the import stuff that the government is effing up.

Well yes but that Mark Rowley seems to think it needed a specific law wasn't coming from that.

Mark Rowley's only problem is that he has got politicians banging on at him about stuff that isn't illegal.
