Banker awarded £490k in N-word unfair dismissal case

I don't see why in context this is even worth a warning. I also don't see it as discriminatory against the banker having dyslexia.

Really? The trainer had to have time off because somebody used a slur in a context where it was not directed at them?

I think they fired the wrong person. The trainer wanted some time off and was taking the piss.
