End of a journey (for the time being, at least)

I didn't quite know where to put this. Some here might have guessed already but for the time being, at least, I'm done with religion. The best explanation, I suppose, is that I just became tired. This doesn't mean that I've become an atheist or anything like that. What this means for me, I don't even know myself. I still have a lot of thinking to do.

This doesn't mean that I've become an atheist or anything like that. What this means for me, I don't even know myself. I still have a lot of thinking to do.

I'll expand a bit. I need to let it out. My downfall was my expedition into the traditionalist movement. I met some genuinely good people there, but as a movement it was toxic. A movement created to oppose liturgical liberalism concentrated too much on politics. Abortion, gay marriage, who to vote for etc. I lift my hands up. I too was toxic. It wore me down though. I'm not naturally that kind of person. There's so many things I'd take back, like words that were hurtful. If our departed friend Leonard was still here, I'd have so much to apologise for.

Time will tell and none of us know where life will take us. For the time being, at least, I have no faith. Good to see you back btw.
