And now not being closed. In one sense, you think we'll at least their responsive to the feedback but then you have to balance that with why would they not realise that it would get this feedback, and had they any doubts why didn't they do some research first.

I wonder if they thought that doing it this way would be cheaper rather than asking for any polling but then they haven't factored in any reputational cost.

The problem is not solved though. The original closure was a bizarre attempt to resolve the issues with a poorly performing service. The underlying problems with the help kine still exist.
