Could I Make You Eat Shit?

The article reminds me of Dennett in Darwin's Dangerous Idea stretching something far beyond what it was capable of. That said, I think Parfitt's conclusions are wrong as well. It does end up as a thought experiment, and would as so many be based on rationality and knowledge that we don't have. It ignores that we don't act because of rationality.

I don't think it works. He seems to ignore the fact that the "good" part and the "bad" part are not independent. For example, at some point, the amount of shit in the burger will make it impossible for the said burger to be delectable.
