Yes. Yes you have.
He should have had the guts to say, it's a great deal, and it was worth selling out for, rather than deny it. I can't imagine many people won't refer to it as Twickenham.

A better deal would be to keep "Twickenham" in the name. There are several other Allianz stadiums in the World. It needs to stand out as different to them.
